Traditional videos have proven to be powerful in revealing the excitement of working at a firm. However, virtual reality simulations are clearly a much superior way to reveal the excitement of a job and a company. The British Army and General Mills are already using VR headsets to show a much higher level of excitement, realism and detail to build their employer brand and to excite prospects. Using virtual reality also sends a message to recruiting prospects that the firm is on the leading edge of technology.

LTVR at the Women's Leadership Conference by Bay Path University
This past Friday, Link to VR attended Bay Path University's, Women's Leadership Conference! We presented a full booth demoing both HTC Vive and Oculus Rift experiences to hundreds of attendees! Our experience selection included First Person Stereo-360 videos of life as Syrian refugee to a child on the Autism Spectrum. We had the Oscar-Nominated VR short film "Dear Angelica" available as well as a tour of the human body with "The Body VR: Journey Inside a Cell". If you attended the conference, we hope you had a chance to stop by the booth, if not keep an eye right here for news about future events!

LTVR visits UMass Beast Cam team!
Last weekend, the LTVR team visited the UMass Amherst Biology department, specifically the Beast Cam team. We had a terrific time showing the Beast Cam team their incredibly accurate animal scans, in full virtual reality. Imagine a lifesized black-tip shark floating in front of you, except this shark is (or was) a real living animal! We hope to have more details in the coming weeks, stay tuned!
